How did you start your career as a sports betting writer?
Having always been an integral part of my life, I have been lucky enough to pursue a career in sport since graduating from the University of Worcester, UK, in 2011.
Combining a sports coaching career with freelance journalism, has enabled me to travel the world in the past decade, and I have had a sharper focus on the sports writing aspect of my career in recent years.

How did you start exploring the world of online gambling?
Ireland is awash with sports betting opportunities and seeing the online betting industry grow exponentially in recent years has been hugely rewarding. What are your top favorite big sports memories that you wrote about?Being fanatical about every sport has enabled me to experience some of the biggest sporting events in recent times. Covering England’s ODI World Cup win in 2019 and subsequent T20 World Cup triumph in 2022 was incredible, with cricket having been a passion of mine from a young age. In addition, the rise of my hometown club Wrexham FC has been a remarkable story to cover, as well as the staples on the sporting calendar such as the Ryder Cup, the World Snooker Championship, and the World Darts Championship.
What is the most exciting sport event that happened during your professional life as a content writer?
Picking one specific in moment as the most exciting experience as a sports writer is tough but seeing Ilkay Gundogan inspire Manchester City to a 3-2 comeback over Aston Villa to claw back the Premier League title from Liverpool in 2022 was iconic.
